Christian Gaetani

My route into film and television has been a little unconventional. I began my career in scientific and commercial photography before moving to London, where I've spent the past 15 years leading teams and managing operations across hospitality and events. Throughout my career I've developed strengths in organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving while working in fast-paced environments where delivering consistently under pressure is essential. I'm now looking to bring those skills into production coordination, creative operations and project support within film and television. I'm particularly interested in the collaborative side of production; how great work comes together through planning, communication and teamwork. I enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, building positive working relationships and helping projects run smoothly. I'm keen to gain hands-on industry experience in production that will help me grow into a more senior role.
